To celebrate the Queens Jubilee, we researched what tipple the Monarch enjoys.
We used this information to create a limited run bespoke gin, incorporating botanicals found in a certain vermouth, which includes blackberry leaves, lavender and heather tips.
A fragrant and light spirit, that has the hallmarks of a quintessential Somerset summer, our Platinum Jubilee gin is an honest and refreshing drink that will work well with a simple tonic or in a summer cocktail.
